Current statistics from the Construction Industry Training Board, suggest that the industry will grow on average 2.2% between now and 2018 which translates to around 182,000 extra jobs. Clearly the industry will face a significant challenge in meeting this additional recruitment demand over the next four years. So what can companies do to attract talent?
